Svitlana is an avid gamer and has more than ten years of experience in the modern technologies field. And her love for RPG games and blockchain technology has led her to become one of the co-founders of Flom Engine. Being a company founder is not new to her. She is a specialist in analytics of the most advanced products on the market, forecasting niche development, and launching startups!

Gana Nador (CMO)
Gana Rodan has seven years of experience at SmartSeo as a marketing manager in Ukraine and Europe, as well as in the CIS countries. She joined the Flom Engine team in December 2024 and was appointed the company’s marketing director.
Vira Smulska (CFO)
Vira is an accounting expert and assists the Flom Engine team in management and financial auditing. She has experience with startup companies.
Alexiy Kovalenko (COO)
A musician, producer and former startup entrepreneur, Alexey joined Flom Engine in January 2025 as a music producer for the in-house Flom Engine studio. With experience in client relationship management, he joined the core team in December 2024 as a PR Manager. He was appointed COO in January 2025.
